Flu, COVID-19 and RSV Vaccine Information
Flu Vaccine
Flu shots are available for all patients 6 months and older. If this is your child's first flu vaccine and they are under 8 years old, they will require a second dose of the flu vaccine no sooner than four weeks after their first.
Parent Flu
We will be offering Parent Flu vaccines at our clinics for a $35 fee.
If you would like a parent flu you must have the following paperwork completed prior to the appointment.

COVID Vaccines:

Minimum age: 6 months (cannot be scheduled 1 day before 6 month birthday)

We have begun to submit claims to insurance and while most of the major payers have been paying for the injection and administration fee this season, reimbursement policies are plan specific. The out-of pocket expense is $150 for children ages 6 months to 11 years and $175 for patients 12 years and older.​
RSV Vaccine:

In order to be eligible to receive the RSV vaccine at Hudson Heights Pediatrics, the following conditions MUST apply:

Mom did not receive the RSV injection prior to delivery (birth parent)

Baby did not receive the RSV injection in the hospital

Baby is under 8 months old

If the baby is in the their 2nd winter season and they are considered high risk (if you are not sure you can ask your doctor)

If your child was born after March 31st, 2025 (the end of last year’s RSV season in NYC) and you are interested in getting your child the RSV vaccination please call to schedule before they turn 8 months.
