Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Flu Vaccine

Flu shots are available for all patients 6 months and older. If this is your child's first flu vaccine and they are under 8 years old, they will require a second dose of the flu vaccine no sooner than four weeks after their first.

Parent Flu

We will be offering Parent Flu vaccines at our clinics for a $35 fee.

If you would like a parent flu you must have the following paperwork completed prior to the appointment.

COVID-19 Vaccine Availability

COVID-19 Vaccine Availability - Insurance Dependent

  • We have received our first shipment of the 2025-2026 COVID-19 vaccine for patients with private insurance. These doses are now available by appointment or at one of our upcoming clinics for patients with private insurance.

  • We are still awaiting the federally supplied vaccines for patients with Medicaid and Child Health Plus (CHPlus). These vaccines are distributed through a separate federal program, and we cannot administer them until we know when we will be allotted doses through the program.  This delay reflects how vaccine supply is being managed nationally and we will update the website when we have more information.

  • We appreciate your patience and understanding as we are working hard to make these vaccines available to all our patients. Please contact our office with any questions or to schedule an appointment.

Out-of-Pocket Costs & Financial Responsibility for the COVID-19 Vaccine

  • We will submit the cost of the COVID-19 vaccine and its administration to your insurance, as we do with all routine services. However, due to ongoing uncertainty around reimbursement, your insurance plan may not cover this vaccine.

  • If your insurance does not cover the vaccine and/or its administration, you will be financially responsible for the following amounts:

  • 150 for children ages 6 months to 11 years

  • $175 for patients 12 years and older

  • To proceed with vaccination, families will be asked to sign a Letter of Financial Responsibility acknowledging that they agree to pay these charges if the insurance claim is denied.
