Lab Info



The  Labcorp Patient portal allows you to view, download and print your Labcorp COVID -19 test results once they are available.  This comes in handy on the weekends when our office is closed.  


How to create a Labcorp Patient portal account:

  1. Navigate to

  2. Click "Create an Account"

  3. Account Verification.  After creating your account, you will be directed to a page to verify your account using a One-Time Verification Code, which can be sent to you via text, message or email.  Click the option you prefer, enter the code you received and clock “Verify”

    1. If you choose to verify via email on a desktop, you must open a new tab in your browser.  DO NOT close the New Registration Form nor click the back button on your browser.  

  4. Login to your account with your user ID and password.  The first time you log in you will be asked to take an Identity Authentication Quiz. 

To add a dependent: 

  1. Sign into your “Labcorp Patient” account.

  2. Click Dependents in the main menu (you can also access it by clicking on your name in the upper right corner).

  3. Click “Add”.

  4. Enter the dependent’s information

  5. Click “Add Dependents” for each child


Note:  Identity verification is only needed if the dependent being added is an adult.  Child dependents do not need ID verification.

CHONY Phlebotomy Lab

If we gave your child a requisition to get their blood drawn at the Columbia Children's Hospital phlebotomy lab, you should take the requisition with you to the outpatient lab at 165th and Broadway, room 114N. They have walk-in hours weekdays from 7:30am-6pm. 

Make sure your child is well hydrated before you go to the lab, and call us at 212-781-0400 once you have gone. After you let us know, the results will be available on your child's patient portal account within approximately 1 week.
